Peter is a partner at Wagner Sidlofsky LLP, having joined the firm in 2018. He practices primarily in the firm’s estates and elder law groups, having represented clients in disputes over the validity of wills and powers of attorney, removal of executors, passing of accounts, interpretation of wills, guardianship applications, and claims for dependant support. He has appeared before the Superior Court of Ontario, the Divisional Court, and the Court of Appeal for Ontario.

Peter obtained his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2015 and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2016. During law school, Peter maintained a fellowship at Stanford Law School’s CodeX: The Stanford Center for Legal Informatics.
