Peter Neufeld

Peter is a member of the firm’s Estate and Commercial Litigation Groups. He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice on behalf of class members for investment disputes, corporate disclosure matters, and enforcement of letters rogatory. He has also been involved in files dealing with oppression remedies, derivative actions, and breach of contract disputes. Prior to joining Wagner Sidlofsky, Peter worked for several commercial litigation boutique firms in downtown Toronto, as well as the Investor Protection Clinic, Canada’s first legal clinic dedicated to providing advice to investors.

Peter obtained his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2015 and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2016. During law school, Peter was a Fellow at Stanford Law School’s CodeX: The Stanford Center for Legal Informatics.

Prior to law school, Peter worked as an Enforcement Support Officer at the Competition Bureau of Canada’s Criminal Matters Branch.
