Yana Fox

Yana is an associate at Wagner Sidlofsky, and a member of the firm’s Estates and Commercial Litigation Groups.

Called to the Ontario Bar in 2023, Yana earned her J.D. from the Lincoln Alexander School of Law, where she distinguished herself by winning the Canadian Client Consultation Competition and moved on to represent team Canada at the international level of the competition. She also holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Professional Writing from York University, where she graduated with High Distinction and was named on the Dean’s List.

Before joining Wagner Sidlofsky, Yana gained valuable experience as a summer student and a lawyer in training at a leading full-service firm, focusing on commercial litigation. Earlier in her career, Yana worked as a licensed paralegal, managing her own practice and collaborating with criminal lawyers. She handled a variety of matters, including highway traffic offenses, summary convictions, and trial preparation.

Fluent in both English and Russian, Yana brings a multicultural perspective to her practice, helping her connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
