Adam J. Wygodny has practiced commercial litigation, estates litigation and regulatory defence since being called to the bar in 2007. Adam has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario and regulatory tribunals on a variety of matters including corporate and securities litigation, real estate and construction litigation, bankruptcy and insolvency litigation, competition and consumer protection litigation, business torts, commercial tenancies litigation, professional negligence and quasi-criminal proceedings. Adam especially enjoys finding creative and practical solutions to clients’ problems.
Adam received his B.A. (Political Science and M.A. (Public Policy & Public Administration) from Concordia University and his LL.B. from Queen’s University. In the course of completing his LL.B., Adam also obtained a Certificate in International Business Law from the Queen’s International Study Centre in Herstmonceux, UK. Outside of practice, Adam enjoys cooking, playing music and sailing. Adam also serves as a director of the event software company, Time.ly Network Corporation, and Technion Canada.
