About Our 2025 Seminar Series
This program will explore the unique legal challenges lawyers face when dealing with files involving the elderly.
The seminars will focus on issues such as estate planning, guardianship, capacity, and elder abuse when representing the elderly and/or their beneficiaries.
Attendees will gain insights into the complexities of working on files involving the elderly including navigating family dynamics, addressing cognitive impairments, and ensuring legal protections for vulnerable individuals.
By examining key case studies and legal precedents, participants will be better equipped to advocate for the needs and rights of elderly clients.
