
Adam Persofsky
Associate
Adam is an associate at Wagner Sidlofsky, and a member of the firm’s Estates and Commercial Litigation Groups.
Adam was called to the Ontario Bar in 2025. He earned his J.D. from Queen’s University, Faculty of Law, where he excelled in courses directly relevant to his practice, including Trusts, Wills and Estates, Civil Litigation, and Property Law. While in law school, he worked at one of Queen’s Law’s advocacy clinics, served as a Senior Editor of the Canadian Law Review and volunteered with the Queen’s Law Journal and Pro Bono Students Canada. He also holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from York University, graduating summa cum laude with a minor in Philosophy. He was a member of the Dean’s Circle of Student Scholars and took on leadership roles with the Undergraduate Political Science Council and Vanier College’s peer mentor program.
Prior to joining Wagner Sidlofsky, Adam articled at a leading full-service firm, gaining experience in commercial litigation and appearing before the Superior Court of Justice.
Outside of his legal practice, Adam enjoys fitness, staying engaged with academic philosophy, and spending time with his inquisitive dog, Sherlock.
