Jason Thacker
Associate
Jason is an associate at Wagner Sidlofsky and a member of the firm’s Estates and Commercial Litigation Groups.
Jason was called to the Ontario Bar in 2025 after graduating from Queen’s University, Faculty of Law in 2024. He holds a BA in Law from Carleton University and a BA in Philosophy from the University of Ottawa, as well as a diploma in Film Production from Confederation College. His law school experience includes being selected for the Queen’s Law Grand Moot and acting as team captain for the John H. Jackson International Trade Law Moot Court Competition, where his team competed in the world finals in Geneva, Switzerland. Before joining Wagner Sidlofsky, Jason was a summer student at an Ottawa litigation firm and articled with a leading downtown Toronto litigation firm.
