
Rebecca R. Loeb
Associate
Rebecca is an associate at Wagner Sidlofsky LLP and practices Commercial Litigation and Estate Litigation. She regularly appears as counsel before the Ontario Superior Court and participates in mediations and negotiations. Rebecca also has experience appearing before administrative tribunals.
Prior to joining Wagner Sidlofsky in 2023, Rebecca practiced at a plaintiff-side class action law firm in Toronto, where she notably appeared as counsel for the plaintiff in major national class proceedings in Ontario Superior Court and the Supreme Court of British Columbia. Prior to that, Rebecca practiced at a mid-size Toronto law firm where she litigated commercial disputes in Ontario Superior Court on behalf of Canada’s charter banks and the leasing and financing divisions of luxury automotive and equipment companies.
Rebecca obtained her J.D. from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law in 2019, where she graduated on Dean’s List and earned the highest standing in her Secured Transactions course. Rebecca was called to the bar in 2020.
Rebecca is fluent in French.
