Lucinda is an associate at Wagner Sidlofsky LLP and a member of the firm’s Estates and Commercial Litigation Groups.

She has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court and participated in numerous arbitrations, mediations, and negotiations.

She has been involved in files dealing with oppression remedies, breach of contract disputes, and employment related disputes. Prior to joining the firm, she worked at a civil litigation boutique in Toronto.

Lucinda obtained her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2017 and was called to Ontario Bar in 2018. She also holds a Masters of Industrial Relations degree from Queens University. During her studies, Lucinda assisted with various research efforts, including a leading report on direct support professionals and their work experiences in Ontario’s Developmental Services sector. She volunteered at the Community and Legal Aid Services Program (CLASP) providing free legal advice to socially disadvantaged individuals.

Lucinda is fluent in Krio and proficient in French.
