After 7 years at Wagner Sidlofsky, Brendan has attained partner status at Wagner Sidlofsky LLP. He represents clients at the Superior Court, Divisional Court and the Court of Appeal for Ontario, appearing as lead counsel on motions, trials and appeals. Brendan’s practise is a mixture of commercial litigation and estate litigation, including will challenges, dependants’ support claims, the removal of executors and estate trustees, disputes involving powers of attorney, contested guardianships and passings of accounts.
Prior to joining Wagner Sidlofsky LLP, Brendan worked as an associate at a top Bay Street law firm. He obtained his J.D. from the University of Toronto, his M.Sc. from Oxford University and his B.A. (Honours) from the University of British Columbia. Brendan enjoys representing a diverse array of clients – from yogis to land developers, teachers, farmers, secretaries, engineers and accountants. He is at home litigating over multi-million-dollar corporations or heirlooms of purely sentimental value.
