Imagine Mary taking care of John, her 95 year old father. She takes him to the doctor, manages his finances and watches out for his interests. In gratitude he left her all his money in his Will.  After returning from vacation Mary discovers that Sabrina, the 40 year old caregiver and her father got married. Sabrina also arranged for a lawyer to make a new Will for John.  He signs it before one witness.
