Liliana Ferreira

B.A. (Hons), J.D.

Liliana is an associate with Wagner Sidlofsky LLP and a member of the firm’s Estate and Commercial Litigation Groups.

Based on her experience as a senior case worker at Osgoode’s Small Business Clinic and as duty counsel at the Osgoode Hall Legal Aid Clinic she brings an out of the box analytical approach to problem solving.  Her legal practice includes commercial litigation disputes, shareholder disputes, contract litigation and professional negligence claims, will challenges, dependant relief claims, removal of executors, capacity challenges, quantum meruit claims, and power of attorney disputes.

Prior to joining Wagner Sidlofsky LLP, Liliana articled at a full service Toronto law firm, where she gained litigation experience in the areas of debt recovery and commercial litigation as well as real estate and corporate law.

Liliana obtained her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2009 and graduated Magna Cum Laude from York University in 2004.
