Aaron is an associate at Wagner Sidlofsky LLP and a member of the firm’s Estate and Commercial Litigation Groups. He was called to the bar in June 2014 and joined the firm in September 2014. He has appeared before various levels of court, including the Superior Court of Justice. He is looking forward to building his practice in estate and commercial litigation.
During his time at Wagner Sidlofsky LLP Aaron has worked on estates matters such as will challenges and Part V Dependant Relief Applications, as well as commercial matters including actions for wrongful dismissal and negligence. Prior to joining Wagner Sidlofsky LLP, Aaron articled at two Bay Street law firms, where he gained experience in a broad range of civil and commercial litigation matters and labour law. During his articles, he was intimately involved in a variety of disputes including mediations, commercial trials, and Ontario Labour Relations Board hearings.
Aaron graduated from law school at Western University with a J.D. in 2013. After finishing his first year of law school, he took an internship with a lawyer in Tel Aviv, Israel, where he assisted in drafting contracts and researching topics in international law. At law school, Aaron participated in various oral advocacy and moot competitions. During his final year of law school, Aaron completed a semester abroad at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands.
